Timeline Overview

Your onboarding timeline shows the journey from start to finish, broken into manageable phases. Each phase contains specific tasks that move you toward successful implementation. Understanding Phases

What Are Phases?

Phases (sometimes called milestones) are logical groupings of related tasks:

Phase Statuses

The Visual Timeline

At the top of your Tasks page, you’ll see a horizontal timeline:

Reading the Timeline

  • Phases appear left to right in sequence
  • Lines connect phases showing the flow
  • Current phase is highlighted with a pulsing indicator
  • Completed phases show checkmarks
  • Future phases are dimmed

Timeline Interactions

  • Hover over a phase to see its name and status
  • Click a phase to jump to its details in the accordion below
The timeline gives you a quick visual of overall progress. For details, use the phase accordion below it.

Below the visual timeline, each phase expands to show detailed information.

Expanding Phases

Phase Information

Each phase shows:

Task Details

Within each phase, tasks are listed with key information:

Task Cards

  • Title - What the task is
  • Description - Additional context
  • Status - Pending, In Progress, Completed, etc.
  • Type icon - Form, document, meeting, etc.
  • Action button - For tasks requiring your input

Customer vs. Vendor Tasks

Customer taskShows action button - click to complete
Vendor taskView only - your success team handles this
Customer tasks are highlighted with an “Action Required” or similar badge.

Progress Tracking

Overall Progress

At the top of your Tasks page:
  • Large percentage showing overall completion
  • Count of pending actions
  • Personalized welcome message

Phase Progress

Each phase shows its own progress:
  • Progress bar filling as tasks complete
  • Fraction (e.g., “3 of 5 complete”)
  • Percentage

Real-Time Updates

Progress updates immediately when:
  • You complete a task
  • Your success team completes a task
  • Tasks are added or removed

Urgent Tasks Section

Items needing immediate attention appear at the top:

What Makes a Task Urgent?

  • Blocked items - Tasks blocking other work
  • Overdue tasks - Past their due date
  • High priority - Marked as critical

Taking Action

Urgent tasks include direct action buttons:
  • Click to navigate to the task
  • Complete to remove from urgent section
  • Contact your CSM if blocked

Recently Completed

See what’s been accomplished recently:
  • Tasks you’ve completed
  • Tasks your success team has finished
  • Completion dates
Recently completed gives you a sense of momentum and progress.

Tips for Success

Focus on Current Phase

Complete tasks in the current phase before looking ahead

Address Blockers First

Urgent/blocked items should be your priority

Check Progress Regularly

Review your timeline weekly to stay on track

Ask Questions

Contact your CSM if any task is unclear
