Team Overview

Team List
The team page displays:- Name - Team member’s name
- Email - Contact email
- Role - Their role (Admin, Member, etc.)
- Status - Active, Invited, etc.
- Last Active - When they last accessed the portal
Member Roles

| Member | Standard access to complete tasks |
| Viewer | Read-only access to progress |

- Email isn’t in spam/junk folder
- Corporate email filters
- Resend the invitation
- Have them check spam
- Try a different email address
